As a base coat, it is the ideal base for your colour coat. It protects the nail from discolouration and makes it easier to apply the coloured polish. As a top coat, on the other hand, the ARTDECO 2 in 1 Lacquer prevents unsightly, early chipping of the coloured nail polish.
