The ARTDECO Eye Designer Refill is a refillable cartridge system for an individual eyeshadow colour combination. It is used with the Eye Designer Applicator.
With the two different shapes of the applicator, you can perfect your individual look. The pointed applicator conjures up precise, fine lines to emphasize the eye area. With the thick applicator, eyeshadow can be easily spread over the entire eyelid.
Nurturing waxes such as carnauba wax and rice germ wax also keep the eye area soft and supple. Thanks to the innovative formulation, the ARTDECO Eye Designer Refill does not settle in the crease of the eyelid and is very durable.

Unscrew the protective cap from the double applicator pen (Art No. 2690). Remove the cap from the refill and carefully screw the cartridge onto the applicator. Screw lighter colours onto the thicker applicator for priming, darker colours for finer lines or to emphasise individual eye areas on the pointed applicator.
I got a variety of colours and pleased with them all. Great as eyeliner but easier to apply than a pencil
