The ARTDECO Sensitive Fine Liner is easy to use, even for inexperienced users, and thanks to the ergonomic grip surface it is easy to hold. The foam tip enables quick application, leaving behind a beautiful, dense and intense colour contour. With each application, the right amount of colour is guaranteed by the constant, controlled colour release. As a result, a stylish and concise eye make-up is achieved.

The smudge-proof and water-resistant texture prevents smearing and settling on the eye.
