APPLICATION

Shake well before use. Then use the tip of the eye liner to draw a line from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash line. You can vary the thickness of the eye liner depending on how much pressure you apply.
Note: Close the Liquid Liner well after each use so that it does not dry out. You can remove the vinyl effect eye liner particularly well with the bi-phase make-up remover.
