DESCRIPTION

The INKEY List Glycolic Acid exfoliating toner helps to reduce the appearance of pores and fine lines, as well as support smoother and brighter skin.

Derived from sugar cane, this Glycolic Acid unsticks dead skin on the surface to help improve the overall appearance of skin texture and brightness. Formulated with 10% Glycolic Acid for maximum effect, and 5% Witch Hazel to help reduce excess oil and soothe. Recommended for those with oily or congested skin.

The INKEY List Glycolic Acid Toner is a potent exfoliating treatment. It is advised against everyday exfoliation as this can cause irritation and skin sensitivity. Exfoliating 1-3 times per week in your PM routine is ideal. Your skin will still enjoy the benefits if you use this product consistently.

If you want to use Glycolic Acid Toner and Hyaluronic Acid in the same routine, the INKEY List suggest using your Hyaluronic Acid first. This can help your following products, including toners, work better acting as transport for them into the skin! Apply your Hyaluronic Acid and wait 30/60 seconds before gently patting your toner into your skin. This can absolutely be personal preference and you can use them the other way around if you prefer!

It is not recommended to use both Glycolic Acid and Retinol at the same time. Use on different nights if required. Don’t mix with other AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Lactic Acid, Mandelic Acid or Apple Cider Vinegar), BHAs (Beta Hydroxy Acid or C-50 Blemish Treatment) or PHA Toner as this can cause irritation and sensitise the skin. Avoid mixing with Vitamin C products at the same time (Use Vitamin C in the AM and Glycolic Acid in the PM).

APPLICATION

For use in the PM. After cleansing and Hyaluronic Acid if you are using it, saturate a cotton pad and wipe your face and neck. You can also use on other blemish-prone areas, including your back and chest. Follow with preferred serums and moisturizer. No need to rinse.

External use only. Avoid direct contact with eye area. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. It is advised that prior to exposure to sun you use a sunscreen, immediately and up to 7 days after. Do not use alongside other exfoliating acids or retinol. Keep out of reach of children.
