Rosemary officinalis Active Essence is Decléor’s water-based treatment of 99% natural origin, not just a toner but an essence, enriched with rosemary essential oil and salicylic acid to reduce imperfections (such as visible pores, blackheads and breakouts) and mattify the skin throughout the day. The pores are unclogged and appear more closed, less visible. The overall appearance of the skin is improved, with fewer blackheads and breakouts.
